Thank you! I enjoy your work a lot as well!

I've heard both on this thread at some point. I'm just the guy modeling and following reference but if I could have the real car I would.

Yeah in fact that's what I'm aiming for, I practice everyday even if I'm not working on this project specifically, I have a digital junkyard of car parts and bodies and some complete cars from practicing so much. In fact once I finish this I'm gonna make a couple more cars for some more mods and practice.

Yeah in fact that's what I'm
You know, I actually started this project with intention of making a 70's car chase movie. I also want to make a 72 Gran Torino and 70 Challenger.

unfortunately I am having trouble finding reference for the 400 engine, I'll have to settle for 360 or 440.

Well then how about the legendary, indestructable, used-in-everything, economical, reliable...... 318 !

I can probably just make a generic looking V8 and stretch it or add parts to make it look like different engines. Because unless I had any of these engines physically here with me, I have no idea what they look like. They just look like engines lol

yeah, just make some different valve cover and aircleaners and other little tidbits around the engine bay, i mean hell there have been so variations in the looks of all these engines it hard to pinpoint which is which it is/what year it is. No point going into all that trouble only to find out its wrong :)

Made some progress on the engine block. Not even sure what this is lmao. Does the engine look right in the engine bay?

Now i have never seen any B body mopars of this age before but i have seen 318's before in our large (ish) CM Valiants, i believe this car is only a hair bigger than those Valiants, so i feel inclined to say that that engine does look a tad bit small, like 273 size. I could be wrong but it should be just slightly bigger to match the smallest V8 available, the 318. But hey at least it looks like an engine :)

Amazing! These are underrated nowadays, but they were THE cop car back then. Can't wait for this to come out.
Obligatory LAPD skin is obligatory ;).

Obligatory LAPD skin is a requirement! I am creating this mod for those who want to relive their 80's movie fantasies and LA car chases.

I can't see it close enough but it looks like The Terminator 1984. I also want to recreate dukes of hazzard scenes and smokey and the bandit. Also TJ hooker.
