Well obviously if he updated the download that's great, but he never announced it so nobody bothered.
Wow, I wasn't expecting this. I'm very glad that this has been released. I've been wanting one of these in BeamNG for quite a long time. These Falcons are hands down one of my top favorite Australian cars, alongside the Holden Monaro. I do hope that some point in the future the Mad Max Pursuit Special/V8 Interceptor could be added. Interestingly, I didn't have the material issues everyone else has been having. The entire car appears fine on my end.
I think it has to do with the fix @Tsutarja495 posted. It works fine for me as well, so that's probably the most likely answer.
I have a hunch that the broken textures are caused by other mods, since there are plenty of people without texture problems
Uncontrollable, overly tough, too noisy and stupidly good at offroading. 10/10 accurate representation of a classic Aussie/Yankee muscle car. Though I do actually think the car might just be a little be too strong in crashes, as when it fell of the loop in gridmap and slammed onto it's roof, the car didn't really look too much worse off for it. Then again I don't how tough these were in real life so yeah. Other then that, I found no real issues. Also to anyone thinking of adding their own configs and paintjobs to this thread, maybe a racing paintjob?
The main word that comes to mind when using this mod is 'excellent'. The Jbeam is excellent. The model is excellent. The textures are excellent. The sounds are excellent. Everything about this mod screams excellence. I honestly can't find any faults with it. This inspires me with the things that I make, so that some day I could hope to create something of this quality. Well done to everybody involved and a huge thank you for making a mod that is as well put together as this is.
Makes me yell 'Straya mate!'. Love this. One thing though, one of the front wheels like to go full on drift-suspension-mode when locking the brakes and steering fully
