Why is it ‘wrong’ if you don’t care about it then don’t get angry with others for your own dislike of it
It's against the forum rules. It isn't just one person's "own dislike of it", it's something that everyone hates and is officially in the forum rules as something that you should not do.
where, I don’t remeber seeing it in the rules at any point, I’ve now seen it but it’s barely readable and technically means that if you aren’t consistently in your forums they should be just left to die
Yeah, it is pretty easy to miss. Here's a screenshot of the section of the rules where it says to not bump:
yea that says something slightly different for me, I’ll check again but it really should be large text if people are going to get frustrated at others because it’s easy to miss and I’ve seen other times where people haven’t seen that line. Including me once.
you are correct, that could be very easy to miss maybe something that could help is a large red box clearly indicating that a reply on an old thread is discouraged, so even if users miss the rules, they can still understand that they shouldn't make a post, also removing the need to check the rules to make sure you can post properly oh wait, it already exists
I understand that what I said frustrated you, although that is a suggestion and I’m sure someones just tried to to get rid of it and not paid it attention.
This mod has not been finished. It is highly unlikely that anyone other than the author and those close to him or collaborating with him have the file.
