that's assuming its a front engine which it probably will be but for a Japanese car of the era, rear isn't unlikely. And also assumes the 200bx engine fits considering I think this will have a smaller engine.

Real life equivalent

 

Noticed the badge on the bonnet looks the same as the modern Ibishu badge. Are you planning to change it since I think it would fit better if it had a different design due to the age. Most car logos have vastly changed compared to their older counterparts, some of which were different shapes or even simple block capitals.

 

The screenshot shows a RHD car. Does this mean both versions will be in the game, or have you scrapped the idea of there being a USDM version?

 

Honestly I could see the horse power being as low as 20 to 30, Japanese cars tend to have weaker engines and this doesn't really seem like a sports car.

 

Even with some really bad tuning, I doubt you could get anything under 50hp out of a 1.3L (or so) engine

 

The last type one beetles in 2003 had 1584cc engines and had only 50 horsepower so Its defiantly possible.

 

I'd really like to see an ibishu Miramar wagon, I think it looks like a Datsun bluebird and I prefer the wagon versions of those. so right now this is the image in my head.

 

Not necessarily, Look at MG. Pretty much the same logo throughout their history. Look at Ford, incredibly similar logos since 1927.

 

nah. Japan have never had engines weak for their displacement. In the late 50s to early 60s they'd regularly do 60+hp from 1.2l
