yeah, the beetle is kind of slow and has no automatic or manual transmission and it takes a long time to load

 

the lights and horn is not working

Great work! Does anyone else's Herbie always span in "drunk" mode? I can't seem to get it to operate normally. Thanks!

 

It normally happens when you've crashed him a lot or badly just try and drive him around and get him on jumps if that isnt working grab one of his nodes and fly him around in the air that's what I do.

Unfortunately this error occurs now in my case - I can drive and crash Herbie, but what's the reason for the missing texture?

A question to VertexStyle:
What about a Horace-Mod? He Horace is the so called Hate-Bug and appeared in "The love bug 1997" (Right now Idk the exact name...). It would be a nice addition to Herbie.

 

Probably because of another mod interferring, maybe you have two bug.zip files in your mod folder.
You can check that by deactivating the mods on startup

Horace is on the roadmap

Is it works on 0.20 ? Because i have missing textures

 

I checked the compatibilty and it worked for me. It might be a problem with 0.20 if you have it too. Hard to tell.

 

yes it does - do you have just missing bumpers and rods like in my case?

Then just clean the vehicles folder located under C:\Users\your_name\Documents\BeamNG.Drive

Worked for me! - except for the head-/backlights.

 

For me dont work chrome parts like hubcaps.

Most of the car works for me currently, though I kinda wish the lights worked. Chrome is missing from the inner right headlight but all in all its doing ok

 

BUG: all the car is always spit out fire in the exhaust and its drive slow can u fix it? or help?

 

You've got to make it trust you without constantly crashing it.
That's the thing that makes this car special - it has it's own personality.
