I am still continuing to work on this when I have time - which recently, is not often. I have some additional mods going on in the meantime also.(CRD Monster truck contributions, various Drag Racing Cars, a Motorsports Theme Park Map, Nitrous Oxide for all vehicles, ect ) Still would like to make this thread more of tutorial also... I plan to update first post, eventually.
I can't wait to drive these since my dad owns a 1917 Model T (it's restored) and a 1927 model t she'll he's going to make a hot rod we also have a 1952 Pontiac that is going to have a turbocharged 5.3L ls. He also has a 1962( I think that's the year) dodge polara 880.
Please go through with this, i had an idea a while ago but was not successful due to both parties being rather lazy. If you need anyone to help with it though, send me a message I would love to make it happen.
i was excited too until i realised it was a hot rod, i really hope they bring back the Auriga Heron 1926
Like @TheShipMaster said, he is making a stock one too And honestly, i cannot wait for a hot rod in beamng!
All it really needs to be like a factory late 20's early 30's production, would be an engine specific to those years. Currently it's using the in-game Burnside stuff, which if we're going with a game RP type philosophy, wouldn't have entered production until some 20 years later. But who want's to put around with less than 100 horsepower?? The drag version currently runs a 7.4 sec 1/4 mile(400m) I will still do something similar to a restored factory production. I like the idea of a flathead engine. I believe those came as a factory option in those days, and are still a prized item for hot rods. I have a preliminary LUA function working on all vehicles except those with CVT. Though, it's pretty, 'hackish', I guess would be the word I'll message you about it.
Slower than expected. I haven't been able to do much BeamNG in the last couple months, but hoping to be able to spend more time here soon. This mod is high on my priority list to finish up.
Its not dead. Its just he doesn't have the time to work on it all the time, so the progress will slower EDIT: ninja'd
What they said /\ It takes more than 10 days for a mod to die Releasing my other mods first so I can get them (kinda) out of the way. Then I'll beam this bad-boy up and release him too. Probably like another month or two more or less? Sorry I know that's not 'great' news, but still planning work to it.
