There is 10 years difference between the Nine and the 4. It doesn't sound like much, but back in the day progress was much more rapid. Comparing the two is like comparing the ETK I-series to the ETK-800. I for one will encourage anyone who is trying to mod a car from the era that is not represented in the game yet. I would love a Cadillac V-16, yes it has a V-16 engine. Or a palace on wheels like a Duesenberg(the thing with more chrome on it than should be legal) or a BMW Dixie (a city car from the late 1920s) Or a Citroën Traction Avant(first successful front wheel drive car) or a Tatra 77 (rear engine rear wheel powered V-8 aerodynamic luxury car from the 1930s) tl;dr there is about as many interesting cars made before the war as there were after. more car more gooder.
aw that shucks. I really liked it. Looked promising. Love the pre war era for cars. Especially when the Brass Era just ended.
Sorry to keep you all so waiting anxiously, just dealing with personal issues right now, the mod is not canceled and not dead, and I haven't forgotten it. Work on it will continue.
