Two issues I've encountered while playing:

I assume that this is either a problem on my end, or it has already been reported, but I can't get to the UI app settings.
Instead, I get this weird menu:

in it are these options:



I don't know what happened to the apps. Were they moved?

Second thing, when driving with the siren on in a police car, all traffic stops. Now, I get what's going on, and I know it's a feature, but IRL this is not quite how it works, drivers don't randomly stop because there's a police car with sirens blaring - because that would interfere with the police car. If there is also a car in oncoming lanes, then they completely block the road, and ironically the in-game solution to that is to turn off the sirens. IRL, drivers stop if a police car activates the siren right behind them, or right in front of them, which is a clear indication that they should pull over. Otherwise, they keep going, or move to the shoulder at most. I do appreciate the idea behind cars stopping when a police car turns on it's lights. But as a suggestion to fix it - maybe make it happen only when you suddenly turn the siren on?

my Gavril D-series wont work, it pauses the game and wont let me drive or steer. it wont work at all

 

Remove all your mods and clear your cache. This problem is usually caused by a mod breaking the game.

 

is anyone elses steam going mental with this update?
EDIT: it took half an hour lol

 

It's probably rewriting alot of files or whatever.
