Really hope they address this bug, I get 10 minutes into BeamMP and it start stuttering until it's unplayable. Then I tried running with 4 AI vehicles in singleplayer set to flee with the Bolide group 5 and after some time it started stuttering again.
in 0.24 and above, (js, for apps) obj.vel was removed, this allowed us to get the vehicles velocity in the x, y and z directions separately, I would really appreciate if this were to be added back
More small things: the "top speed" version of the Civetta does not have a USDM version, which really doesn't make sense given the Salt Flats, and the boost gauge only goes to 15psi when the turbo spools up to about 22psi anyway. Most manufacturers would make a gauge with a much larger range than they thought you would need. --- Post updated --- And the top speed of the "top speed" is listed as 72mph, which can't be right.
the old bolide is available for download here (should fix most bolide mods): Civetta Bolide Legacy Edition | BeamNG
Okay here is a video of nothing but cars with 26"+ wheels doing burnouts without wobbling or otherwise BUGGED handling: but keep talking out of your butt LOL I swear you goofies will come up with a way to justify anything. "Wheels obviously broken? It's a feature, not a bug!!"
you can remove the engine mounts on the bolide lol --- Post updated --- you can remove the intakes/exhaust on the bolide and it becomes quieter
Yes did that right after seeing your post, it did nothing sadly. --- Post updated --- It just hit me. Before making this demo video, I was recording a video with 12-14 cars in x4 slow motion, I had hidden the UI, and it was doing well for 30min, and one of the cars skidded out, I had to unhide the UI to turn of the AI for that car, and drive it onto the road again, then started the AI again, after that the insane lagg started. Maybe it is the AI in combination with the UI that is the problem here, for when not used together, there is not much fps drop. Hope this information helps a bit.
OK, so I have actually encountered a somewhat petty problem now. The engine thermals debug app is now so tall that on my 1920x1080 monitor, it actually goes off the bottom of the screen, which is made worse by the new UI menus having a permanently reserved space at the top of the screen that apps are not allowed to be placed in. Most apps, if placed against this bar, will move to the top of the screen when the UI menus disappear, but the engine thermals debug app does not do this. Even by scrolling, I can't see all the data, and I can't make it less tall because the size adjuster is off the bottom of the screen.
I don't think the top speed is a factory version, seems more like a custom project, so why would it have a USDM version?
