world editor does not open at all. Tested in safe mode, I was in full screen the whole time and had to go into windowed to snip this image of the console. Cleared the cache too. Happens on every single map it seems like
Hi all. I'm liking the update overall, but I've also run into a fairly significant problem and I need some help with it. After I came back to BeamNG.drive yesterday, I couldn't help but notice that some custom sound mods I'd had-including a few I'd created-using legacy engine sounds(via JBEAM edits) were no longer working as they should; you can hear the exhaust sounds(mainly the one for the flat 6 in my case) but the main engine sounds(I mostly used the legacy V6 sound, as well as a certain Repository mod I'd downloaded a while ago) do not work; I know they're still there, it's just that the game's not recognizing them at all right now, for some very odd reason. I've tried verifying the game's integrity(thru both the launcher menu and Steam), and clearing cache(including the deep clean), and even deactivating all other mods, and so far, nothing's worked. I did hear from TDK on the Discord last night and according to him, as I honestly recall, he doesn't believe he did anything which could have messed up those kinds of mods(and Automation cars + at least some others using third-party sounds are still working just fine), so I'm at a complete loss as to what caused it.
Will the postfx system be getting fixed any time soon? I was kinda hoping it would happen with this update but it hasn't
It seems the strange menu behavior that's been happening after this update occurs more often when there are AI spawned. The more AI there are, the more often the menu disappears. I also noticed the menu becomes extremely laggy when the game has been running for a while. RTSS doesn't show high memory usage so a memory leak is probably not the issue. CPU usage, however, is much higher than it was before the update.
Is it just me or does it seem like the day and night pass way to quickly even on the slowest setting?
These columns in WCUSA have weird collisions, where you can go through but it will damage the internals.
I've noticed also that so far the K-series and the D-series randomly stall when idling. Once that happens it is impossible to get them to start properly. If I give it some gas while turning on the ignition and shift that is the only way I can get the car going, but if I come to a stop it just stalls again.
can you please stop with the broken mods the devs are not going to fix random broken mods. that is not their job. the mod makers have to fix their mod
Sometimes i have the problem that the game is in like fast mode. I start driving and everything feels like its set to fast forward.
