OK, So Now I can show everyone that is a bug for All Vehicles
So I have no idea if this is a bug or if it's supposed to happen... basically on the Grand Marshal when you put something heavy-ish on top it generates some real extreme forces going in random directions, especially in the central area of the roof:
This does not happen on other vehicles to this extent, for example here with the Roamer the weight is the same but the forces are at least 10 times lower (hard to read exactly) and much less random:
Is this intentional or a bug? I had to make a custom body for my mod just so I can put some jerry cans on top without ridiculous forces. I would understand if it was just because the roof isn't made for supporting heavy weights, but where do the random forces come from? BeamSpring values seem reasonable compared to other cars, it isn't because of the roof curve, no idea what happens there, I would like to know the reason.
Widebody pessima shading and mesh oddities
I know this is extremely anal,
but the D10 Zeta config for the pickup appears to be a "classic" pre facelift, having composite headlights, and mid-facelift mirrors, though its years are listed as 86-91, or pre-facelift.
I presume it's meant to be listed as a 92-97 model?
I must say, I appreciate the use of early bumpers/grilles on the Mid facelift Fleet and V8 Trim levels, it certainly adds some spice to what would otherwise be an unrealistically logical lineup.
I guess it's like how you had the basic GMT400 models with the sealed beam headlights.
The most interesting typo on the forums
Suggestion: for the offroad ifs on the d-series, roamer, and h-series, make the minimum spring stiffness lower, as when suspension height is maxed, you can't get the suspension low enough.
Errrr no, its not a typo, its meaning is like saying: extremely OCD or nitpicky and the likes. Commonly used in everyday vocabulary by Australians and New Zealanders
Gotta get those overstocked pre-facelift parts out of the warehouses somehow
Thanks, now I know more english slang words
