Check the audio video in the changelog. That's how things are supposed to sound, if it sounds different to you, then you should try to do a clean reinstall. Clean reinstall please (see first post)
I think the water-tower needs a sacrifice. Update: Once you try to drive past the circular concrete and try to drive on the square concrete you will get eaten.
The ETK-I Series 2400ti evo (and possibly similar configs) has WAY too strong front brakes, and also being without ABS, makes this config impossible to brake hard unless adjusted. It also has an issue where when you change a part on the car the wheel offset gets reset to default which does not fit the widebody. The D-Series has an issue with the front wheels. I have a config with the biggest offroad wheel/tire possible with maxed out wheel offset and one of the front wheels (either side) seems to just decide to fly off the vehicle randomly and will sometimes stay that way when respawned (then get fixed on 2nd respawn). Does not seem to happen in any particular situation but does seem slightly more frequent when turning. I have no mods installed.
I don't know if this has already been reported but the fence model in WCUSA doesn't show where the actual fence is. This was taken from the industrial place, I've noticed the same thing near the parking garage
Well, sorry for breaking stuff in the first place, it's hard to spot these things if no official content use them
Anybody have really weird turbo sounds on the automation exported vehicles? Only at hood view. Mine sound like grinding almost, its odd
One could only dream. Although, there's still lots of work to be done if EVs are to be simulated properly, like battery and motor thermals, and non-slushy gearboxes.
Okay so all my sounds are indeed there, the previous glass sound i'm used to is just different. Thanks!
They need few parameters, currently they use pretty much whatever defaults are, but probably they will make updates to that. I put these to one of my vehicles, it really need adjustment vehicle per vehicle basis. "bovSoundFileName":"event:>Vehicle>Forced_Induction>Turbo_01>turbo_bov" "hissLoopEvent":"event:>Vehicle>Forced_Induction>Turbo_01>turbo_hiss" "whineLoopEvent":"event:>Vehicle>Forced_Induction>Turbo_01>turbo_spin" "volumePer10kRPM":0.16, "pitchPer10kRPM":0.095, "bovSoundVolumeCoef": 0.05 "hissVolumePerPSI": 0.0260, "whineVolumePer10kRPM": 0.086, "whinePitchPer10kRPM": 0.05,
Im having an issue with the moonhawk where the car wont have the performance block options exhaust options rev limiter options and reverse wont work properly. ive tried with and without mods and this till happens even if i disable certain mods it will fix its self then after a game restart all of the issues return.
Has anyone else had this problem? It seems like that after the update, the game doesn't load my default ETK, and instead loads the Gavril D-Series as if I had never saved my default. But, my default.pc file is still in the settings folder in BeamNG's Documents directory.
I love the new "Old Paint" skins - they make me so much more willing to smash up the Moonhawk and Barstow. Racing the Awful and the Terrible just got 110% better! The one thing I would change though would be to make them a little more customizable - throwing a cracking, chunks-missing version the Barstow's stripes under all that rust and dust would make for an interesting look. The Moonhawk could get really elaborate - with the "special" paint on the first palette, and the "stripes" on the third, it would functionally become 4 skins: Old Paint (plain) Old Paint (stripes) Old Paint (special) Old Paint (special & stripes) Just to clairify, I'm not asking for three new skins, just for colourization added to the existing one to allow greater versatility.
When using 2 or more cars, and the mesh breaks (tires) and you press *reset all* in the menu, the meshes is still broken, it will only get fixed if i select every car and press R.
I'm not going to reinstall my game unless there's a good reason. Like I said the file integrity is verified. And I just listened again to TDK's sound video (in the audio feedback thread) and the crash sounds are exactly the same as what I'm hearing. I don't hear any glass breaking in his video either. Can you post what you call the glass breaking sound? Maybe it just doesn't sound like glass to me. Regarding the rock shield on the hood of the T-series, it looks like it has the same problem as the ceiling of the bus. It reflects the moving road, and it looks unnatural. It's possible this was there before the update, but I felt this variation of the T-series was new.
