Solved it! was the new nvida drivers that were faulty rolled back to older drivers works fine on the wheel
im on windows 10 would that have anything to do with it? at this point im considering upgrading to windows 11 to see if that fixes it

I've done tons of testing and the wheel i use TMX Pro racing wheel from around 2015 or so doesn't have any force feedback when playing in direct...
