I know the oil cooler as-is is Perfect.. but i was curious if i could get oil to cool down faster with the fan idea at idle if i pegged the revs...
Can fans work on oil coolers? i will try but if there's a method for this that i may be doing wrong any Dev or someone with knowledge on this...

try adjusting the timing and also tighten the valve springs.. that sometimes solves the valve float in the low range with those flatheads You...
If its a seized block... take rod and main bearings off and coat them with locktite if there in good shape and then fill the oil with atf.. also...
