just a suggestion remove the beamng folder inside you documents folder... note this remvoes all mods and settings youve set.

It's your power . I've noticed on my laptop only half the gpu power is used during battery usage...
You can see it in recording . Just more difficult because of the fps i use during recording.. I'll make a example when i get home .
