I'm not sure but didn't a dev said that the tow truck will only get into the game when they are having correct rope physics? I don't think that...
If they release the update "when it's done", how do they know that it's not done on a friday? And isn't this a "speculation" thread?

The title says it all. The driver camera for the ETK-I Series is broken.This bug exists since ~ 0.15 so I think that this is a problem on my end...

You can try to delete the files you think are not the original gta files and then you can verify the game....
