Depends on who's selling it, with most paid mods on the forums (such as LJ's) it's a one-time payment which gets you any later updates.

Did you get the updated version? I haven't seen the no texture issue, although I haven't used this in a while.

I prefer the kofi interface, people who can't find updates just don't actually look lol. Both websites are good though.
