The map needs updating for 0.28 but author hasen't been online since April 2nd.

Do you use DFA pack? The old version will cause it but iirc it was fixed in a recent update

1st gen Century didn't have LHD model while 2nd gen had about 100 made. Both Cederic and Crown seem to have been availbable as LHD.
Not sure its car related as I've had the same issue with other mods
