At this point the Grand Marshal badly needs a remaster, it just doesn't fit in with other cars, it has lack of customization and not too many...
doesnt explain good mods being removed randomly though.
I dont think so, I managed to get a $runner mod that is highly detailed, but it has been removed from the forums.
I've noticed for a while that repository mods are always fictional brands, and when a real car brand appears in the forums, its usually taken down...
