it can, i have done around 5 blowovers by this point on grid map they arent really that hard if you set them up correctly
been having lots of fun with the mod lately, and it can also naturally blowover which makes it 100 times better
from what ive heard the latemodel mod also interferes with this one

actually no, solar and another tester both did blowovers while testing, solar did a blowover when testing pack racing and the other one did it...
