Did you miss the [OLD and unsupported] disclaimer? As long as Nadeox1 doesn't update this it probably won't work and you can delete the mod.

RoR is at version 0.4.5.1 ... and 0.4 is far from 1.0 also known as first release version. So RoR is far from finished just like BeamNG.drive....

You're running the x86 version of the game on a x64 machine. Try starting it separately from the Steam/steamapps/common/beamng.drive/ folder.
