Reinstall the entire game, it should clear any bugs or and confliction that seems to cause that.
Its pretty easy to separate the body panels in blender though, which is of course where you would edit the model too and shit.

I made fenders detachable, Ima real quick also custom model the inner fenders for it as of course a forza model doesn't have one of those.
Trust me, he'd be your last "only hope" as he doesn't even put real effort into jbeam. Not editing the jbeam defeats the whole purpose of the game...
