Tried that, didn't work, Looks like there's a database somewhere that records installed mods that got deleted

After 0.17, Clicking the repo button doesn't do anything and all of my mods have enabled themselves, Everything else works fine
I Managed to fix it by deleting the Sunburst F4 mod (disabling it and restarting didn't work)
