I've used a stock Covet (separate file/different car) and the issue occurs. It doesn't happen with other vehicles, though.

It seems like this should get added to the list of errors since it's happened to more than just me and seems to have no solution.

So, I think this is a glitch, but I'm not sure. When I load my Covet, the first time the window color is fine with the default (correct) color....

It looks like you have mods on your game. Try and see if any of those are outdated, they could be causing the problem.
You press F11 and select the little light symbols in various locations in front of your car. I haven't found a way to save the color, however.
Ah thanks anyway. I added a bunch of JDM stickers on the back window, you know to make it faster.

I would support this too. What i think would be a step in the right direction would be creating more DDS files for the car, breaking it down more...

What I suggest is messaging the creator of the mod, or posting on the mod thread like random said.
