The problem is clear! In all honesty, it is unusual that FRAPS would lag like that...
What are your specs??? When I put mine on low settings I get 60 some on 1024X768... And I have an A10-5800K!

My A10-5800K doesn't do all that bad (24-28 FPS on DRI with Grand Marshal Police, actively driving) as compared to RoR, 13-17 FPS on Flatmap not...
It would be really cool to have a "Thanks" button in these forums like in RoR.
