Not with all laptops. Some are wired for the monitor to be directly connected to the intel one so disabling it would cause you to have no display....
The suspension stiffness is realistic atm. Also, all what you want to do can be accomplished by editing the jbeam files for the suspension.
The vibrating after a collision is usually due to self collision. Nothing much can be done about that tbh.

Anything other than native Windows in installations aren't currently supported. Try messing with the crossover settings to see if that helps though.
