You can find a temporary fix in the dfa discord server, or if you aren't able to download it for whatever reason you can remove the windshield all...
at this point you should probably just reinstall beamng :p also, if clearing your cache deleted mods, then you're doing something wrong

Personally wouldn't recommend the Mondello as it's been untouched since release, although atleast it still works
