You have to bind the "shift up" and "shift down" controls to some button on the wheel. Is that not working?

So that is why my mirrors are kind of pixelated? They just are not complete yet.
For the pedals click on inverse in the binding. That should make it not brake when you let off the gas pedal.

IIRC when I first used my g27 I had to invert the pedals binding as @stenyak said above. That should do the trick.
For the d-15 yeah. I'm pretty sure it's official, I don't recall having a mod for that.
