This is not a bug, replay simply don't take these in account for the moment. I agree it's a pity because it's been almost 9 years now.

Seems logic when you have a "mods" folder below and a text file in the "content" folder that tells you to not put mods in it.
Nice, would be cool if you can fix Canyon Of Speed too. There's a fix at last page but it's already outdated since 0.34.
