Find the mod file in mod manager and click "unpack"
That's a common issue caused by AR162B's T-Series addon. Either de-activate AR162B's mod or unpack it, that should fix the issue.

As I said, it works and fixes the T-Series being broken (to not be mixed up with gtg's t-series expansion pack breaking the vanilla engine), but...
