Can you elaborate on what exactly is happening? Do you have the Arcade transmission mode set as the default mode?
If your POSTFX settings are broken it may mess up the dynamic reflection. Try resetting the postFX or delete any custom settings you have.

If you go to performance in BeamNG it will show your system specifications.
Is the game in Fullscreen mode or Borderless?
Did you press Alt-U prior? Do you use Ctrl E to open vehicle menu or the UI option?
Engine running is always default. I'm sure they will add an option for this when career comes out.
I'm not sure how well BeamNG works on Win 11. I've heard there are performance increases is that true?
