The Lada mod is outdated. The problem is probably with the configs. Its not a problem originating from this mod.
Check if your antivirus is blocking something BeamNG related. Mine was blocking the .exe which prevented it from updating.

Because changes you made are stored in the documents folder and not in the root folder. So deleting the level folder in the documents will solve it.
