The legacy package will usually conflict with the rayton pack. Just close the game and re-open it.
Im pretty sure it is because the mod includes fixes for almost all outdated aircraft ever made.

Good news, the download link was removed. It only appears as still being up.
There are meshslaps that cost 30 a month. This mod is a one-time payment of 3.80 and its literally dev quality.
