No, I think it will drive normally across the map, but when it encounters an already driven road, it ignores it, or tries to avoid it.

Yeah, same here. My hopper configs transfer case just disappeared. I had to add it back in.
I've also noticed that the parts selector lags more when opening it. It stays blank for a noticable amount of time before loading the parts.
