I personally don't know much, but I would suggest looking at the stock vehicles
you can find the textures in "west_coast_usa/art/shapes/buildings/"

I tried scaling it with the gizmo, but it stops at 11.something, I disabled all the mods but nothing, and moving it around fixes nothing. :C
It seems like decals that have a size bigger than 11 aren't displaying in my map, it's strange because it works fine on any other map. [ATTACH]...
I think it would be better as separate tires instead of wheels
I think that would be very gpu-intensive, and I don't even know if it's possible with the current game engine
