They won't seem like too big of a problem now, but if you leave it like that you will get weird invisible parts when you export it.
The parts with weird shading have normals facing in. I think there is an option in the properties menu to show which way normals are facing.
I see a lot of faces with their normals pointing the wrong way.

How do you make different parts of a vehicle colorable separately? For example, how would I make something like this paint on the roamer? [ATTACH]
When you load the vehicle in game press ` or ' to open the console and see if there is any red text.
It is actually still playable if you turn the UI off by pressing alt U when it happens. It is just annoying that you have to keep turning it on...
What is the problem? Does it show up in the vehicle selector? Or does the visible mesh just not appear?
