Figured this out and was able to replicate it before you posted, thanks anyways though.
I added the "'x' Textures are broken. What do I do?" question to the wiki yesterday, feel free to edit it if an update comes out fixing texture bugs.

Was just messing around, turned on the "Chase Player" option in the AI GUI, went into the van, left the van and went to a different vehicle, and...
I had the AI GUI set to chase player, however, instead of doing that, it just went in circles, and didn't stop. So I smashed it until it couldn't...
I searched how to paint, nothing showed up, thanks anyways.
