there have been paid mods on the forums before? they aren't against the rules, the payment method for the mod is very unorthodox for sure, but...

Forza only raytraces shadows i believe. so it isn't that impressive. plus it's a well optimized game compared to BeamNG.drive.
I don't think it's worth it yet, graphics engine is pretty old and probably doesn't support RT, so development would take a lot longer. barely...
