Exactly, I see it more as a cool camera gimmick than anything else. Just the camera with a realistic height, ground/object collision, and gravity...
I would absolutely love this. Its a relatively small thing, well, just a walking camera is at least. But is always fun imo because you can look at...

I had this too. It was a mod causing it. I am not sure what mod yet, so I just disabled them all. I would disable them and maybe verify game cache.
I believe they have been re-doing them the past few updates, covet it seems is next.
