Outdated (Work In Progress) Wankel Rotary Sound and Engine (w/ Parts) for the 200BX 1.2

It now backfires like a real rotary!!
(Thanks to the devs. Thank you guys, i love you. But we need flames )

Changelog:
- Lowered Limiter sound to avoid overlapping of the backfire sounds;
- Lowered Rev Down and Rev up sounds to improve realism;
- Depending on the engine modification equipped, you'll get a variable amount of backfire ...

- Changed the Dragster's Fuel type to Kerosene;

Warning
If you intend to use the Turbocharged Peripherally Ported Drag Intake, you need to change the fuel tank to the "Drag Fuel Tank";
