Experimental Wider Axles 1.26

Thanks to {uZa}NeverDies+SC+ for letting me know the steering likes to invert. I probably should do more thorough tests than throwing the D-Series down a trophy truck track. However, the problem should be fixed now. After an hour of repeatedly slamming the wheels into a wall at full steering lock, I finally got it set up to not invert for a dozen or so attempts in a row.

The suspension should be a bit more resilient overall, but the axle wrap is still a huge problem with the 100 inch and higher tires, especially on the standard live axle. I hope to get this problem worked out soon-ish.
