Wentward Transmission Pack 6.0 Major Update

Hi everyone! V1.3 adds realistic sounds to the ZF Ecolife and contains new programming for the ZF Ecomat series!

I've added gearbox lag to the Ecomat, so when you let go of the throttle, it doesn't shift up instantly but rather after a delay (tried to make it like an L94).

I have updated the ZF Ecolife with new custom sounds. The reference came from an O500LE with an Ecolife 2. I heard a high-pitched noise, which I added to the script, but I'm not sure if that was the real sound or if it was just the turbo, because I couldn't hear it very well. (The air conditioning in the Custom Endeavour is quite loud.)

However, I could hear some axle whining, so I included it as well.

I also disabled the Ecomats' maximum shift-up RPM, so it should be compatible with aftermarket engine mods that rev higher than 2200RPM.
