  1. Generator now can work as starter & bug fixed.

    What's new:
    • The generator motor can work as a starter now, making the engine run in wanted speed faster than before.
    Bug fixed:
    • The problem, the Vivace REEV won't work if users have their default car spawn state set to "ignition off", has been solved.
