Experimental Vehicle Global Strength, Weight, Size and Other Values Edit (WORKS FOR MODS!) 7.9.2

In this update I removed the old outdated mileage settings that weren't working for a year, added MD-Series stuff to the swaps as usual with every new vehicle, and same with T-Series part 3 stuff. Redone the whole truck powertrain swap system because the old one was a pain. New approach is a lot more modular and I have included a new 10x10 configuration of the T-Series to showcase that. Added cheat cargo load XL boxes that can hold 10x more weight than normal. Also added a squatted MD-Series that TalksWithNoise really hates lol. This update is delayed by a month so I don't want to spend any more time on it, at least the mod works now. Have fun!
