Outdated Variable Radiators 1.2

Just a small update that further tightens the radiator handling logic. I identified an issue where the system was injecting parameter definitions that don’t exist for certain engine configurations, resulting in unused sliders and wasted UI space. The update now performs a validity check and only registers variables that are actually supported by the target vehicle’s radiator module.
