Beta Used Car Generator 0.8.2

- Fixed a critical bug caused by update v0.37
- Fixed the Fuel Tank condition value unable to be edited via the override menu
- The panels wear value on the vehicle state menu will no longer show if deformation is disabled

Small patch which fixes a critical issue where the code was duplicated in the vehicle lua file, causing the mod to break. My apologies for any inconvenience.

- MD-Series and T-Series can have their pressure tank destroyed from fixture damage, locking the parking brake and making them undrivable
