UPP v3.20

I added a clone of the classic Military 525CC Boxer-4 to the Autobello Piccolina.

Added the Universal Mods part to the Nitrous Slot
Fixed the 3.0L Diesel v6 and 3.8L Diesel V8 for the Grand Marshal (Did a few tweaks too, using Diesel ECU from the D-series/Roamer and tweaked the sounds a bit)
Removed the 4.0L V6. (it just kinda sucked, and was really outdated)

Removed the inline 4 from the Burnside,
Fixed engines and transmissions that were broken by 0.36

Bug fix for Rev limiter adjustment.

Added beater long block to Sunburst2
Still haven't upgraded parts from Sunburst to Sunburst2
Added Governor under the rev limiter slot under the universal mods part of the license plate.
Fixed a bug on the Adjustable Rev limiter.

Tuned supercharger torque curves on the Covet engines

Added a 156 CI Inline 4 to the Busnside that is inspired by the likes of the FSO Warsawa and the Pontiac Trophy-4. It has semi-custom sounds using the secret 1929 Flathead 3300cc Inline 4 sounds in the game files. It is likely planned for a Pre-War era car but the sounds also sound pretty good for a car from a Soviet 4-cylinder.

Updated the Torque Curve of the 1.3L I4 on the Miramar to better correspond with the 1300cc I4 A-Series engine from BMC that it is based on.

Hopper:
Tuned turbochargers on Diesel
Added governor and ECU

Miramar:
Added 1.3L I4 based on 197~ MG Midget

For some reason, v3.15 didn't upload. I also realized that the last update was version pi for all the nerds out there.
