Added the Universal Mods part to the Nitrous Slot
Fixed the 3.0L Diesel v6 and 3.8L Diesel V8 for the Grand Marshal (Did a few tweaks too, using Diesel ECU from the D-series/Roamer and tweaked the sounds a bit)
Removed the 4.0L V6. (it just kinda sucked, and was really outdated)
