Undesirables pack 5.1

New beamng update and a lot of revising configs while I waited. I've fixed a LOT of incorrect parts and tunes for cars. There still may be more flaws lurking but I've gone through at least 75% of the configs.

They now show up in career mode. Most configs dont appear often to keep things feeling fresh and new.

Prices
I redid all the vehicle prices only to realize the prices dont matter since mods dont appear in campaign. Anyways here how the prices go if its ever possible.
Very trashed vehicles will be nearly free giving incentive to rebuild them
Most drivable beaters are sub 20k
Regular trims have had their pricing updated but not "changed"
Specially built vehicles carry a larger price tag
