UK & Overseas License Plate Pack V1.4

• Kinda fixed the saturation issue, it's a lot better now but still not exactly how I want it. I'll keep trying to see if I can get it back to how it is in the screenshots

• Added the following plates:
• UK with Euroband (but without the blue)
• UK EV with UK in the Euroband

• Added the following plates:
• Alternate font for the black Guernsey plate
• White and yellow Guernsey plates
  
• Jersey hire car plate
• Northern Ireland "Metro" font plate*
• Temporary plate

* While technically illegal, these have been used quite a bit in Northern Ireland, and I thought it would be a bit of fun to add anyway

• Moved the D on the US size Diplomat plate to the bottom, to reflect the real life versions

• Other various minor...

• All plates have been more or less re-made from scratch, in order to remove the frame to allow much more realistic sizing

• Added the following plates:
• Gibraltar (EU Stars)
• Gibraltar (Temporary)
• UK Diplomatic
• UK Armed Forces

• Adjusted sizing, spacing, and proportions of the characters on all plates
